If after speaking on the phone you feel that I may be able to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, we’ll schedule an introductory meeting.  This will be (a phone, Skype, or in-person) meeting of one to two hours to get to know one another.

We will uncover and understand your:

-        Health problems and concerns

-        Fitness level

-        Current diet, and foods enjoyed most and least

-        Health and wellness goals

-        Obstacles and challenges to achieving the goals

 

We’ll discuss a preliminary action plan that will include how often we will meet or talk on the phone, and what it will take to achieve your desired goals.

I have several coaching packages that include varying quantities of meetings, phone calls, and email support.  I’ll discuss the packages and pricing at our first meeting.

 

The typical family sees a reduction in their monthly food bills.  So, depending on how much you spend on groceries and eating out, the investment in food coaching may very well pay for itself!
