I LOVE FOOD!  I’ve always loved food… and now at age 40 I love it even more.  And what’s really great is I’m thinner, healthier, and more energetic than ever!

I discovered the plant-based way to health through Joel Fuhrman, MD; T. Colin Campbell, PhD; and Caldwell Esselstyn, Jr, MD. 

My life has been changed and I hope that yours will be too.  I hope that this website and blog encourages you to make a change in your life – to put yourself as #1 priority.

What we eat and how much we exercise are the two most important things we should focus on daily.  But why don’t we?
